Abstract

The article analyses the population structure of Slovakia by age, marital status and education over the past 100 years since the establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic. Based on the data declared in the population censuses from 1921 until the last one in 2011, it evaluates the changes and trends in the development of the mentioned population structures.
