Hlavn\u00fdmprotiargumentom bola skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee takmer p\u00e4\u0165ro\u010dn\u00e1 stagn\u00e1cia cien b\u00fdvania od roku2010 bola sprev\u00e1dzan\u00e1 relat\u00edvnym zlep\u0161ovan\u00edm pr\u00edjmovej situ\u00e1cie dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed.Preto r\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00ed rast cien b\u00fdvania, ako bol rast pr\u00edjmov dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed v posledn\u00fdch\u0161tvr\u0165rokoch, mo\u017eno pova\u017eova\u0165 ako kompenz\u00e1ciu za obdobie stagn\u00e1cie cien b\u00fdvaniav ned\u00e1vnej minulosti. Intuit\u00edvne \u00favahy potvrdil aj sofistikovanej\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edstup k hodnoteniu primeranosti v\u00fdvoja cien b\u00fdvania pomocou kompozitn\u00e9ho indexu.
