The article deals with the cross-border commuting of residents in the context of current and permanent residence based on the data obtained from the 2021 Population and Housing Census. The main objective is to analyze the stay of residents (current versus permanent) and their cross-border commuting to work with related commuting characteristics and the structure of employment and education.<\/p>\n
