An important factor in this development is the extension of the study and the related changes in the educational structure. The main objective of this paper is to underline the development of the timing of maternity. We analyze not only the national but also the regional perspective in connection with the highest education level of women. We have therefore attempted to answer the question whether the postponement process across all educational groups can be identified.
